Food Pantry Ministry
If you are interested in local missions, Galatia is a partner with Second Harvest Food Bank. We opened our Food Pantry in February 2010 and God has blessed this mission throughout the years. We currently distribute to our recipients on Friday mornings regardless of race, religious affiliation, or income. This is a powerful ministry to those in our community who are struggling to make ends meet and need to be shown a little love and compassion.
We distribute food every Friday morning from 9:00-11:00am As you pull up to the church, you will follow signs and wait in your vehicles in one line, and a volunteer will direct the cars to the distribution area.
